Can I save my played matches in padelLink?
Yes – padelLink saves all played matches in your Archive, which can be found in My Matches. Everyone can see the last 5 matches and padelLink+ users can see all matches.
Is it possible to sell a booked court lesson if I don't need it?
Yes – under “Create” you can sell your pitch hours – and correspondingly, you can buy available pitch hours directly from the match carousel. padelLink just mediates contact between buyer and seller. To sell a court is a padelLink+ feature.
Is it possible to record results of matches in padelLink?
Yes – you can record the result of the match in your Archive.
How can I contact my teammates and opponents?
You can always find the mobile number of the players who have accepted the match. And you can also chat directly with match participants.
What should I do if I am prevented from attending a match?
You must cancel your registration for the match as early as possible – no later than 24 hours before – then it is up to the match owner to decide whether the match should be cancelled – or reposted. In case of cancellation later than 24 hours before the match, it is your responsibility in dialogue with the match owner to decide what to do.
Is it possible to book courts via padelLink?
No. Court times must be booked through the normal booking systems.
Why do I need to provide my postcode?
Because we use your zip code to introduce you to padel centers, matches and possible teammates and opponents who are/live close to you.
Why do I need to provide my mobile number and email?
Both must ensure that you can communicate with your teammates and opponents. Both are only visible to the players with whom you have agreed a match.
I can't find my partner in padelLink?
You can easily invite all the players you usually play with – to download padelLink. You can also choose to reserve a seat at your match – until your teammate or opponent has downloaded padelLink.
How do I set my own play level?
It can be difficult to set your own level. Orient yourself in your padel center and get a sense of the level of the other players. Start with a conservative assessment and be careful not to raise your level too quickly. When creating your profile, you can seek guidance in the attached padelLink scale.
Does it cost money to use padelLink?
No. padelLink is free for users. You can choose to upgrade to padelLink+, which offers extended features. Read more here.
Can I create a match if I haven't booked the court and don't know which padel center we're going to play in?
Yes – however, you must specify an expected padel center as the location – but in the field “About the match” you can write that the location and time can be changed – depending on the availability of courts.
Is padelLink only made for partner searching?
No – in padelLink you build and maintain your personal padel network – so you always have control of your favorite players and all agreed matches.
Is it possible to create and find an opponent for a singles match?
Yes – then you must reserve/block 2 seats when you create the match – and write in the comment field that it is a singles match.
Can I register a player who does not want to/cannot download padelLink for a match?
Yes. You can mark 1-2 seats per match as “Reserved”.
I can't find my padel center in padelLink?

Is it possible to request to participate in a match with a partner?
Yes – you can request to join a match alone or as a pair
